I was seen earlier than my appt time and the manager in charge was a bully and so rude to the lady doing my treatment- it was totally unprofessional and I felt very sorry and embarrassed for her and she was distracted from my treatments - as a manager myself I thought it was incredibly embarrassing

I have been coming to UR for a number of years now. Waxes have always been to an exceptional standard. Laura was also brilliant today. The heat was making my skin very sensitive but she ensured the hot wax treatment to be very quick, painless and thorough. Feeling a lot more confident after yet another great wax!
