I usually love this place. They're professional and do a really good job. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. I went in for gel removal and that was literally all I got. Usually my nails are shaped and buffed after the removal but I was told this would be extra. For £16 I would expect it to be part of the treatment, as it has been before. I had to fix my nails when I got home and they're still in quite bad condition.

Lash lady was lovely however i would give it 0 stars if i could. £90 for classic lashes is expensive but i didn't mind as i thought ''it must be worth the price'. i've eyelash extensions MANY times from cheap to expensive. This was the most expensive but more importantly THE WORST lashes i've ever had. not 1 person noticed i had extensions and everybody told me i was ripped off and laughed. they also barely lasted 2 weeks. they don't even have examples of their work which speaks volumes.
