Lovely wash, cut and blow dry by Stephanie! The staff here are so friendly and I would definitely recommend Urban Roots.
Its the second time I am coming to see Amy and she always delivers a great job. Very careful and great attention to detail. Was well happy with my new hair cut. Not very happy about the assitants though as I am not too sure that girls quite know what they are doing. Overall the experience was quite good!
Great haircut with a fair price. Not the fanciest place but it is clean and friendly
My booking was incorrectly recorded at the salon to be 15 minutes later that what I booked for, the salon was very busy and not enough staff to serve all the customers so was often left as my hairdresser had to go see to other things. She was admittedly very apologetic and professional about it but all the same a bit annoying!
Service wise the haircut was fine, nothing fancy or life changing but did the job I asked for so overall and ok experience
