I had never been to this hairdressers before so I had no idea what to expect and I was a bit skeptical that, for such a good price, maybe the treatment wouldn't be the best. However I can honestly say this was the best hairdressers experience I have ever had. The venue was really nice and modern and spacious. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly and offered me a drink on arrival. The girl who did my hair was lovely and she did an amazing job. The wash was very relaxing and the cut was exactly what I had wanted. The best part however was the blow dry. She asked me how I would like it blow dried and I asked to have it big and bouncy and she really delivered. My hair had never looked so full and voluminous and I left with lovely, healthy looking and beautiful smelling hair. I asked for their card before I left and think this hairdressers may become my new regular and I would recommend it to anyone.

Really nice salon, centrally located just opposite Birmingham New Street train station.
The team was very welcoming from the outset, and while it is a trendy salon it managed to not be at all pretencious with it. Would definitely go back

Urban roots is a great place to go, if you are looking for a new look or simply want to treat yourself then this is the place to go. I have been to many salons but I can strongly say that urban roots is the best. I have been coming here for many years now and I always leave satisfied. my recent visit was great Wesley has done a lovely job on my hair love my new look especially the new colour.
I highly recommend urban roots to everyone girl or guy this is the place to go.
