Would highly recommend! From the minute I arrived I was seen to and given the up most attention. Love my haircut and fully supported the training that was given to the student who observed. Getting married soon and will defo return beforehand.

Amy was brilliant. It was my first time at the salon and I felt welcome. Amy listened to my concerns and responded to the pictures I showed. She explained simply how to achieve the look without feeling like I had asked for too much. I felt reassured that the end result would match the consultation. Amy had a trainee with her and she explained everything very clearly about how to shape shorter hair - it was a great lesson for us all. The salon was cosy and busy.
My first visit to Urban Roots, and I will definitely make it my regular salon. I had quite specific requirements for my hair. Amy listened carefully, cut it beautifully and also made some great new suggestions. Service was excellent and the atmosphere friendly, despite everyone being very busy.
