I love the hair cut and the staff was friendly. But the place was over crowded and not very clean. I had someone else's cut hair under my feet while having my treatment.
Great, my hair felt really soft and the style looked great when I left. Only wish I could get it the same after washing :')
I had a great first experience at Urban Roots. Went in for a cut and blow dry. All the staff were polite and engaging. Amy was my hairdresser and she was great, she asked what I wanted done but also had suggestions, she was passionate about hairdressing and how products worked and I enjoyed the discussion we had whilst I was having my hair done!
They also didn't try to sell me any extra services/products (which can be offputting), but when I asked about a product Amy knew lots about it and why she would recommend it for me.
The cut and blow dry were great and one of the longest lasting I've had. I'll definitely be going back next time! :)
