Overall good experience, was seen very quickly, offered a drink and staff were friendly.
The salon had a good atmosphere, nice music and not too busy. The stylist listened to what I wanted and got started straight away. She was polite and chatty and did exactly what I wanted her too. After a couple of bad experiences at other salons I left feeling really happy with my hair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the salon to others.
I loved my hairdresser Amy. She did what I wanted and also had suggestions. Very nice experience!
The Urban Roots salon was very busy and a little basic. Staff were friendly and competent and highlights were colour.
I had a wash,cut and blow and I am happy with the results. They offered me a beverage and everyone was really friendly.
