I booked last minute to have a blow dry on a trip to Birmingham from London and was sat in the chair 45 mins after booking online on the train! My stylist Steph was really friendly and very gentle- I often dread having my hair done as people can be a bit rough but I was totally at ease the whole way through. The end result curly blow dry was amazing and lasted all weekend
