The service was excellent, my hair was cut by Wesley and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable letting him make some decisions with how to cut and style my hair and he did a brilliant job. Would definitely go there again, was a nice comfortable setting.

Booked via Treatwell with a Senior Stylist but got a call in the morning from Urban Roots to say that she wasn't in. They suggested I choose another date or they have a Stylist who could do my hair. I went with the Stylist who was very nice and took her time to do my hair. Staff were very friendly. Could do better with the cleanliness side and could do with a bit of repaint on the roof (here is me being fussy though!) All in all, I am happy with my experience and I appreciate Urban Roots called early in the morning to inform me of the above issue. I have emailed Treatwell for a refund of the difference, awaiting reply.
