I was nervous to go and cut my hair short after having it long for the last 8 years. I decided urban roots because it's easy access (due to it being in the town centre). I arrived and immediately was seated and was offered a drink. My hairdresser was Amy and she was very lovely and professional. The experience was very enjoyable and I felt safe throughout my time there. I left feeling good with an excellent hair cut that was right on point with what I wanted. I'll definitely be going there again. Worth your time and money.

Fabulous professional experience. Was offered a coffee with Baileys on arrival, hair was washed with products that smelt divine then Amy listened, gave great advice and a wonderful hair cut.
Was welcomed by staff and asked straight away if I wanted a drink. Amy was lovely and chatted through my options of colour and what was suit me best. Got given a great free blow dry by Steph- my hair is now so sleek and smooth! Great atmosphere with all the staff talking to you and making you feel at ease! Would definitely visit again!
