Hi, I would love to leave a positive review but unfortunately I can’t. First of all, I find it remarkable how you manage to charge £25 for literally just filing and painting the nails. This has been the first time ever (and I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years) I went for a gel/ shellac and have not received any type of work around my nails and cuticles prior to the painting. I had to come back home and clean up my cuticles myself. The painting job was done fine and the technician was nice but that definitely wasn’t worth the price. Secondly, and probably most importantly, the cleanliness of the tools used left a lot to be desired. The technician didn’t wear any gloves, and the nail varnishes and UV lamp and colour samples were extremely dirty, absolutely disgusting. Not to mention that when I asked to get my cuticles pushed, the technician just took a tool from a drawer and after using it, she just put it back. I really hope that you do clean your tools in between clients and are aware of the many bacteria and diseases that you can pass by being so careless. Overall I like how my nails are painted but sadly will never be coming back to your salon and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I booked an appointment through treatwell to have a gel manicure. I turned up for the appointment but they had no record of it. Despite my receiving a text reminder from treatwell. Moreover they were fully booked so they couldn't fit me in. I was very disappointed as I was going on holiday the next day and booked this appointment in advance to ensure I would have an appointment. The staff were unhelpful and I won't be using treatwell or this salon again.

Best massage I’ve ever had, just the right level of firmness, targeted the key areas perfectly and left me walking on air by the end of it, would definitely recommend it.
