I’m sorry for the lady who did my hair, but she doesn't have a clue about hairstyles. It was a simple ponytail… usually I do this kind of hairstyle at home, but this time I wanted a professional, neat, clean look. But… And please before every appointment clean your instruments and brushes. Not in from of the client to see the hair of the previous client. Not hygienic and clean at all, the desk in from of me with hair and dust. Disgusting. I’m very unhappy about the experience

The atmosphere was really lovely. The booking was easy and they got in touch much in advance with scheduling conflicts. The hairstylist was efficient, calm and very friendly. She was chatty and made my experience really enjoyable. I definitely recommend her.
