The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lady doing my hair was lovely, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. I asked for a curly, volumised blowdry, however my scalp was burnt by the heat several times during the appointment. The round brushes kept getting tangled in my hair and had to be pulled out forcefully, causing the curls to drop. A heated curler was then used and I was charged an extra £5, which felt unfair as the original style hadn’t worked.
