I didn't like the pedicure chair being in front of a window of a busy mall. The chair was also painful and my shoulders were sore for days afterwards. She hurt my cuticles and they were tender for weeks, and she didn't cure properly as the smallest two toenails came off within days. The massage was incredible though, so I would go back for that.

My eyebrows are now two different shapes… even after pointing it out the lady said no I just had to wash them when I got home to get the tint out. One eyebrow is rounded the other is square- I could see it straight away yet they didn’t fix it.

Exactly what I wanted! Harpreet was really friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. The braids looked great, and my hair is very fine so I was worried it would be quite difficult but it was super quick and looked great! Thank you

Absolutely awful experience. I booked and paid for a wash and blow dry, the assistant had no idea what she was doing I had to style my own hair. Omg how ridiculous. She said the lady who usually does blow drys just went home. This honestly has to be the worst experience at a salon. They also said they couldn't offer me a refund. Waste of time, waste of money. If I could score a zero...I would. Avoid!
