I was disappointed with the service from the get go. I re-arranged the time of my appt. on treatwell and upon turning up, there was no available mail therapist. An evidently junior technician was called in and I was seen however the gel polish was by no means the best I’ve ever had, the colour selection was poor and French manicure wasn’t available. If I hadn’t have pre-paid I’d have walked straight out. They also kept trying to tempt me to other services which was frustrating.

Very limited selection of colours - didn’t have white which I feel is a basic colour in a nail salon. Wax was too hot and was quite a sloppy job overall

This place didnt feel sanitary. If I hadnt been desperate for my holiday leg and underarm wax I would have left. the lady put one square of paper down on a well used beauty bed. I asked for a towel for modesty but she only had one used for something else (it was dirty) She did an OK job of my leg wax and mentioned she had left a few ingrown hairs (which im aware of already so not a problem.) When I got home and looked at my legs i noticed hairs that should have been taken away were still there.
