My nails are absolutely fabulous, exactly what I asked for and nothing was too much trouble. Salon was extremely clean and tidy, all staff were friendly, would really recommend. Will deffo be returning.

I paid for gel manicure and the lady applied normal nail polish. When I realised I got upset and then she changed product. She applied a transparent layer of gel on my nails and she put Again a normal Vanish colour. When I left the salon my nails looked “fine” but after 20 mins I went back to the salon because whatever she put on my nails was failing off. I asked her to remove everything. Horrible experience and costumer service. I would appreciate a refund

Lovely salon and the manager was lovely but the lady doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing, very messy, didn’t ask about shape or length, cut me and didn’t say anything. Very disappointed as it is a lovely salon and not what I expected. Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had and will be making an appointment at another salon tomorrow to get them redone as they are a mess.
