Great mani and therapist but she did not paint the free edge :(. Some other lady checked me out who wasn’t as comforting and over charged the upgrade at the end

It was the best blow dry I've ever had and I'll definitely be returning again very soon! The salon is also beautiful & all of the staff are lovely.

I was greeted by a French lady “ didn’t get her name “ my Lord she’s the reason I would return over and over again , she was so lovely ! I had my daughter who’s 5 months with me and she was so good with her whilst getting my treatments , very easy to talk to , great laugh just an overall amazing person with a great soul ! She made my whole experience amazing! I can’t recommend her enough !!! I also had my hair done which was last minute and paid in the shop which was really good I believe this was done by the manager , I had dead ends done and blow dry , probably best I’ve had !! , but I hope she knows she has a diamond working for her and gives her the credit she deserves!!! Would definitely return xxx

She burned my hair. Its really sad because the atmosphere of salon is nice. Ladies are lovely. But unfortunately my hair are damaged.

It was my first time at under the clouds. Lana was so lovely and helpful. She did an amazing cut. I love my new hairstyle.
