This is my 3rd visit to Umi and each time it’s great. The staff there are all lovely and welcoming and check in to make sure you’re happy with the work. Everything is cleaned after use and it all looks clean/fresh too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I said "I'm think more of gel layer needs to be removed" (lifting on 5 nails) but she wanted to put BIAB directly on top anyway, risking peeling in a few days. I had to push the request- she spoke angrily to her boss & was curt w/me till I left :(
