I had a really nice experience at Umi. I had a weekday appointment in the morning, so it was very quiet. I was super pleased to find that it doesn't smell like polish or chemicals inside at all. CC is really friendly, and speedy! My BIAB manicure lasted for over 3 weeks without a single chip, and it would have lasted longer if I hadn't gotten bored of the colour I chose.
