I used to love this place because it was spotless, very friendly and the treatment was excellent, but this last time in the new space it was dirtier, and the person who did the treatment to me only spoke to me to answer my questions. It took only 10 minutes, and I think it was the first time ever I yelled when she pulled the wax, as it was still not dry and after several attempts it hurt like hell. I ended up with a mild rash and some blood in my lady bits, something that has never happened before. I wonder if they have changed the management and if I decide to book again, can I choose the people who do the treatment?
