Lovely staff and great results. Only place I come to get my lvl treatment. I tried somewhere else and the overall experience and results were not close to the results I get at ugly duckling. Would recommend to a friend or family. The only thing I would say is at other places you lie on the table whilst you have the treatment but here you sit back on a chair which I find uncomfortable for 45 mins but is bareable
