Ugly Duckling is brilliant and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
The venue is always spotless and looks lovely, it feels clean and airy for the manicure bit and obviously a private area for your waxing etc! This was the first G string wax I've had Monqiue do and she took the time to make sure I was ok and happy with the results.
Monique & Edward are both down to earth, lovely and chatty people and it's generally a lovely experience, as a beautician should be! :)

Lovely place, easy to get there and very cosy. The lady (sorry I don't remember the name) was very nice and professional, she made me feel welcome and did a great job. I will definitely come back!
