Happy with my experience and shellac. It was done well with very steady hands. My little nail shallac fell off the next day which was quite odd. This may be where the uv light didn't get enough expose while my hand was in the box. The team where more than happy to fix my whole set of nails which wasn't needed! So I'm very happy happy. Still the best set I've had in the area and most friendly for sure

I did not really enjoy this experience. The beautician first of all told me off that I had not allowed my hair to grow long enough. I said that I followed the advice on their website and she told me that the advice is wrong. She then opens the door and asks for colleagues to come in, whilst I am lying there uncovered. No dignity whatsoever. Really unimpressed with the way I was spoken to. When the wax worked the beautician actually took the wax (covered with hair) back out to show her colleague!! This was in the waiting area, although I don't think anyone was there at the time! I will not be returning or recommending.
