The ugly duckling is a modern welcoming beauty salon in Bow. Lovely and clean. Excellent professional service and HD brow treatment. Felt very safe in the hands of experienced staff with preappointment allergy test and follow up care instructions and tips.

Best value shellac I have ever had! They use the proper Shellac and the manicure was excellent. Really friendly! definitely found a salon I will be sticking with!

My manicure was ok, not the best though. needed a more thorough cuticle work and I asked for short nails and they weren't really short. also, the polish wasn't applied all over my nails, the manicurist left some gaps uncovered which made it look bad. I don't think that I will come back. The place is really clean and the staff were nice.
