A lovely experience - the staff were kind and compassionate and the salon was clean. Very minimal pain, and beautiful lavender wax that was gentle on the skin. Great value too! I recommend highly.

I love Ugly Duckling and I had been on and off a client for a coupe of years. So the quality of the treatments is definitely good and above average of what you can find in town,, at a very good price. This time the resukt of my wax was not 100% great. mainly because I had a half leg and I have thin and light hair on my thighs, so the staff member tried to cover with layer of wax what she could see, instead of just spreading it consistently all over the skin and remove whatever was there. the outcome is therefore a bit patchy.. it is OK, not the end of the world, but I think that the area could have been approached with a better strategy. The staff member was on the other hand extremely polite and clean and with good hands. she also gave me a little massage post-wax that was very nice indeed. next time I might just suggest upfront how to tackle the area. , considering the price
