Swan is a really nice person, she makes you feel confortable during all your time there. The waxing wasn't particularly painful. I will definitely come back!

Nice place, the wax specialist has done a great job and was constantly asking me if i was ok. The only thing is that maybe she could have smiled a bit more, but ehy, we are all different.

I would not go anywhere else to get LVL in London. I always get medium curl and they look fabulous - I always get lots of compliments and the LVL really do last the good 6-8 weeks as promised. The staff are also super friendly and I wish the team the best in the new, bigger premises.

I've had a different member of staff for each visit to this salon. All have been lovely. Definitely recommend this place and ill be going back again!
