I really wanted this venue to be great as it's so close to my home, but unfortunately the upper lip wax has left me with a scar under my nose where the therapist waxed a portion of my skin off. Embarrassingly, I had to admit to my partner that I had had an upper lip wax as had a scab on my upper lip for our holiday the week following. The Hollywood wax was OK, but there are some hairs which have been missed, I should have checked at the time. The lady running the salon seemed really friendly, but the lady carrying out the waxing barely spoke and kept checking her phone. It wasn't the best experience unfortunately. I've also had a really difficult time getting in touch with this salon by telephone to discuss this problem. A real shame!
