I had my appointment here for the first time and I was so nervous as I normally go into London to a lady I have been going for 4 years for my waxing. However I had Carolina and she made me feel so at ease. She was very gentle and I didn't feel pain at all. She was so considerate, and kept asking if I was ok. Carolina you are amazing and I have found my new beauty salon now to go to. Thank you for making me feel amazingly smooth again x
