It is a quirky and fun looking place. I was however left to wait for 35 mins past my appointment time. I noticed they emailed me as I was sat in the salon, and had already said hello to them, to say they’re running over by 10 minutes, but even then I was left waiting way longer. The waiting chair is really uncomfortable so wasn’t the best experience. The hair cut was good - was cut too short for my liking - and I’m not sure why that happened as she said she wouldn’t cut it too short - but the hair dresser was really nice, just be mindful to say you want it longer than you do. If you’re just going for a simple hair cut to be honest I wouldn’t go here, if you’re going for a dye it seems more specialised in that area.
To be honest, I had expected them to be way more apologetic that they began my appointment so late but they didn’t really mention it or offer any gesture to make up for it.

This was my first visit to Tuttii Fruittii, but it most definitely will not be my last. I am IN LOVE with the salon, everyone there and my new unicorn jelly bean hair. 11/10 highly recommend.
