It is a quirky and fun looking place. I was however left to wait for 35 mins past my appointment time. I noticed they emailed me as I was sat in the salon, and had already said hello to them, to say they’re running over by 10 minutes, but even then I was left waiting way longer. The waiting chair is really uncomfortable so wasn’t the best experience. The hair cut was good - was cut too short for my liking - and I’m not sure why that happened as she said she wouldn’t cut it too short - but the hair dresser was really nice, just be mindful to say you want it longer than you do. If you’re just going for a simple hair cut to be honest I wouldn’t go here, if you’re going for a dye it seems more specialised in that area. To be honest, I had expected them to be way more apologetic that they began my appointment so late but they didn’t really mention it or offer any gesture to make up for it.
