My appointment was cancelled when I arrived at the salon as they had a miscommunication problem with treatwell. However they managed to solve this and reschedule it for the next day. Better calling on the day to check if the appointment is confirmed! Dermapen treatment was quite painful this time, but I have a very sensitive skin. However quite good experience.
