Good evening, I am sorry to burden you with a negative email at 7pm on a Saturday evening, but after the experience I have received today after booking for my first time on Treatwell, I could not let it pass. I arrived for my appointment at Persian Beauty and Laser Clinic only to be told that no booking had been made and that there was no one trained onsite that would be able to complete my treatments. After a number of phone calls had been made to various members of staff not at work and some pretty hard work gone in to trying to get me to book on another day, I was told that if I waited someone would come in to complete my treatments. When they did arrive, the service that I received was so shocking and humiliating that I wished I had just left. The things which I encountered were as follows: 1. Being made to feel like I had been the one to cause the inconvenience meaning that someone came in on their day off to treat me. A was spoken to in a very accusatory and aggressive manner 2. Being Indecently exposed to the high street as I was on a couch infront of the treatment room door with very little clothing on and the therapist decided to open the door which is directly infront of a glass shop front, so that she could chat to the receptionist 3. The therapist completing my treatment had her mobile phone with her the whole time, which was on loud and ringing regularly. She also kept stopping the treatment to reply to text messages 4. The treatments were unfinished and poorly performed. Half a massage, exfoliant around my eyes at the end of the treatment and just no standard salon practices such as dimmed lights, heating in the room or explaining where I was required to be or to what level I needed to be undressed And finally, the salon was FILTY. It was so filthy that I am genuinely concerned about the hygiene standards of the salon and what I may have come into contact with. There was used tissues, cotton buds and cotton wool over the treatment room floor, which was also covered in muddy footprints.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff are very professional and friendly, the place is clean and feels very relaxing, and the treatments are always top notch. A little gem of a place.

I had a great facial here. The stuff is so friendly and kind and the place is extremely clean and professional. A great value for money. Definetely recommended.
