There is no staff there when I went for facial yesterday although I booked through Treatwell n they should know n confirm if they were not able to accommodate. Waste of time n journey Unprofessional way for dealing clients. I had similar issue last time as well when appointment was at 9.15am but saloon was closed when reached there

Booked my appointment via Treatwell, the lady didn’t know and tried to overcharge me. Had my haircut and keratin treatment and totally regret it. The lady didn’t cut my hair properly, she took about 4 inches off and cut the back in one go with her scissors rather than sectioning the hair and doing it. After washing my hair 3 days after the keratin treatment there is no difference at all. My layers are all uneven, my haircut is uneven and not level at the back. Was a complete waste of money. I was there for 3 hours as they double booked people and just left me sitting there while they were dealing with other customers. The chairs are filthy and the sink they wash your hair in is so unhygienic and full of dust and dirt!! I will not go back there and would advise you to avoid! .

I arrived there and got told that as I hadn't confirmed independently of the app I didn't have an appointment (I had confirmation from treatwells booking system). There was noone there to do my haircut
