First time getting a lymphatic massage. Found it very beneficial actually. But worth noting - it is very soft and flowy /surface level by design, so don't come in expecting deep muscle work, and be specific if you want to avoid certain lymph nodes.

Felt so much better after this massage. Will definitely be coming back. He asked which area was the target problem and really focused on trying to relieve my pain. Was also very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
