Nancy is fantastic Since the moment I walked in she was very polite and welcoming. I have such a brilliant service and a nice chat. She was cautious doing the waxing and patient taking the time to do it well. I never had better service and a caring person, I can’t recommend them enough. Genuinely shocked that this is the least painful Hollywood wax I’ve ever had! Of course they’re still painful but Nancy’s technique made it so much more bearable. In the past people have rushed and left me with bits of hair but Nancy is soo thorough and made sure she got every last hair off! Nancy is extremely warm and friendly whilst still remaining professional. The room is clean, modern and welcoming. Highly recommend
