Nancy was wonderful! It was scorching hot outside, so walking into such a cool, quiet space with a fan going was incredibly pleasant. I was also a few minutes late after the bus strike forced me to take an Uber, but Nancy was so kind and patient and saw me right away. The appointment ran smoothly from start to finish, and I left with beautifully shaped eyebrow arches. I was really happy with the results and will definitely return next time I’m in the area.
