Butchered my baby’s hair. Could not steadily hold scissor. We left with an uneven cut. I didn’t even bother to get her to correct it because she didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed with how my baby’s beautiful hair looked after!

The stylist didn’t give time for my child to settle in. She went for the haircut straight away, which made him cry throughout the whole experience. We were promised that he would be given some toys to play with to distract him, but none of that happened.
