This is the 3rd time my sons has had his haircut with Charlotte and she never disappoints!.Charlotte always does a fantastic job and really good with my son and takes her time.my son feels really comfortable with Charlotte which makes the experience much easier. So overall it was fine. No complaints about the actual hair cut or the hairdresser. Probably the best haircut my son has ever had. However the actual venue is extremely average. It’s essentially 1 chair in the middle of a clothes shop. There is no fun car or anything for the child to sit in. No tv playing cartoons. There is a fish tank but my son didn’t care about that at all. The hairdresser gave him some toy cars which he liked. Overall I was underwhelmed.
