Unfortunately, our 15 month old son became distressed and didn’t enjoy his haircut one bit. The staff did their best to calm him and under the circumstances tried to give him a reasonable hair cut. My only minor issue is that given the hair cutting area is in the middle of the shop it’s not unusual for the next clients to attend early and hover around you. In an ideal world would be great if the haircut area was a bit separate, but I appreciate that’s limited by the store size.
