I could not wait to get out of there and called back later to make a formal complaint. The hairdresser was rude to me, had bad breath, rushed my poor 16month old son in every part of the haircut which any mother will know it’s not helpful…frankly I didn’t really feel comfortable having her operate scissors around him.
I hope the supervisor I spoke with on the phone has addressed this with her but it’s unlikely we will be returning.
