It was our daughter’s first haircut, so we were a little nervous that she might have a terrible time. Rosi and the team were incredibly patient and understanding, and they knew all the tricks to help keep her calm and comfortable.
She was a little upset, but nowhere near as upset as we had expected, which was such a relief! Rosi gave us some great advice on how to maintain her haircut and keep it as hassle-free as possible.
We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend!

The haircut was not great, some bits of longer hair were missing and the shape was very straight, not real style. Other times in the past it was much better.
