Our son had his first haircut here. We envisioned a calm, fun experience for him, and wanted to keep some of the length/curls but tidy it up. The haircut looks good; no complaints. But it was quite hectic, & they rushed us through so didn’t have time to listen to what we wanted. The cert & lock of hair is cute but it was just handed to us in an envelope as they moved on to the next, with no offer of a pic etc. Felt like they were busy and just lacked care. Think we’ll try elsewhere next time.
