Seems to have been a change in management since I took my little boy in 2023. I cannot say who the lady was this time (your review form mentioned Rosi?) as she didn’t give her name and she asked for my daughter’s only when filling in the certificate. She didn’t smile upon greeting or make us feel welcome and didn’t seem too happy about suggestions for my daughter’s haircut. It was my daughter’s first haircut. Overall a pretty unhappy and disappointing experience.

The haircut was ok but I found the stylist incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not the kind of manner you want around small children. Would not go back to Trotters again.

The staff are so unbelievably trained they havenever disappointed me whatsoever! I thought I might of needed the same hair dresser each time however it goes to show there skills. Liz was so lovely last time and done an amazing job on my son’s hair!
