Another brilliant experience at Trotters hairdressing. My son was nervous about his haircut but the staff put him completely at ease - while the hairdresser did his haircut, another member of staff beautifully engaged him in a detailed chat about the fishes in the tank. By the end of the haircut nearly all the fishes had been assigned names and personalities (and even back stories!)

Excellent! From the welcome we received to the efficient service (5 min hair cut!) to the special touch of a certificate to commemorate my daughter's first hair cut.
Girls' Haircuts
Natalie cut my son’s and daughter’s hair and she did a fantastic job. She’s done the best haircut they’ve both had so far. She was also very good with the children, very friendly and professional. We will try to ask for her every time we need another haircut.

One of my daughters was cutting her hair for charity. Nic new exactly about the process and took us through it with friendliness and professionalism.

I'm not entirely sure if it was Natalie who actucut my boy's hair but the lady who did made my boy feel at ease by asking him about his day,answering his millions of questions and kindly asking him to stay still. She also listened to what I was asking her to do. She was excellent
