unhelpful hairdresser who didn't tidy up babies hair when she was cutting it, hair was falling in her eyes, mouth and no effort was made to keep her tidy! so upset at my experience- trotters pride themselves at making children comfortable but no effort was made, my husband and i had to keep her occupied the whole time. your website states that you can bring newborn babies..yet the hairdresser wanted my baby to be able to sit up?! never coming again - please avoid. End haircut was also a little uneven

I was initially worried to try as my son has always refused to have his haircut, but the whole experience was brilliant. Tery was amazing at putting him at ease, really helped having the fish tank as it was a calming and excellent distraction! Can’t thank you enough!

Eden gave both my son & daughter excellent haircuts. She interacted really well with them, keeping them still & settled during their cuts. Trotters is the only place I trust with my children's hair!

My son had a wonderful first haircut at Trotters. Tery was very friendly and put him at ease immediately and she did a great job talking me through what she was doing and checking in with me along the way. I would highly recommend her!
