For older children such as preteen girls, I think you should book a double appointment at once as my daughter's hair really needed layers put in but the time limit meant this could not happen and so her cut seemed incomplete. maybe a suggestions box with details of time slots needed for certain types of cuts when booking would help parents make right choice rather than having to rebook another appointment for another day.
