Really wanted to come to Trotters for our son’s first haircut but the lady doing it was so miserable and cold towards me and his father - almost rude! She really spoilt what should have been a special milestone. Wish we’d tried a different Trotters

Rosi is an excellent cutter, and all my boys hair looked great. Unfortunately the treatwell app malfunctioned, cancelled and ‘rebooked’ all
my appointments for me to find them double booked when I got there.
Trotters need to use a different booking system, they can’t rely on blaming the app for not seeing bookings on their system.
