Unfortunately not a great haircut, not even on both sides. Only noticed when came back home. We have been going to Trotters for years, but since our usual hairdresser left, we won’t be going back.

Amy was an absolute superstar and helped my daughter calm down after being very worries about her haircut. Amy was attentive and very kind and we had a great haircut as a result from Louisa. We will definitely be back!

We were six minutes late for our haircut, which we know was not ideal, and of course, was not on purpose. But the way that we were greeted by the stylist was pretty rude, and made us feel very rushed and unsettled. This was our child’s very, very first haircut so we would have expected more. Our son was fine in the end and she managed to do the cut in time. It was just the way it was presented that wasn’t very nice. I also felt that some of his layers were quite choppy.
