Instructions were not followed and my 18month old daughter was left with a very wonky and super short fringe - not what I was hoping for as the experience of her first ever haircut - it was big moment that went really wrong. Instant regret. People have asked if I had attempted to cut her hair myself it’s so shocking you wouldn’t have guessed it was done professionally. No gown was used either so both myself and my daughter were left covered in hair. The staff were stiff and awkward.
