Ana was very welcoming and extremely sweet with my little granddaughter, Lola. She was very confident sitting in the high seat with Ana and did not bat an eyelid as Ana spoke to her throughout instructing her to lower her chin, raise her head, etc. It was such a lovely experience, we've been to Ana before and will continue as she's so lovely and a great hairdresser to boot!

The hair stylist didn't listen to what I was saying to her. So she cut my son's hair as she wanted (too short). As it was his first experience he was afraid and was crying, she didn't let me calm him before the cut. She was unfriendly and very cold. I think it's the most horrible first experience that could have had a little child with his first cut. I was so unhappy!!!
