I’ve been to Trotters twice now and will come back for my little boy’s haircuts. The staff are lovely, very efficient and everything is clean. Angel was friendly, very professional and an expert at keeping my son amused while cutting his hair!

Worst haircut my son ever had. Very basic just a shave at the back of his hair I could do at home as well & no blend in with the rest of his hair. The hair cut in Trotters is a very quick & basic. With £22 you can get a proper hair cut elsewhere

The staff were very pushy. I had three of them come up to me reminding me that my daughters appointment was at 2.20. It was only 2.23 when the third person came up to me. My other daughter had had her hair cut at 2 and my daughter with the 2.20 appointment was finishing her shoe fitting. I ended up buying my shoes in Peter Jones after as I had found the staff so stressy.
