The stylist was not good- the hair cut was crooked when in there and I asked him to fix it there and then. He responded that kids move there heads so it will never be perfect. When we got home and washed her hair there were multiple long chunks scattered throughout from 1cm to 5cm that had been left out! I've used Trotters KR since daughter was 1 years old (now 5!) So very surprised at the poor cut. Will now move to a proper hairdressers!

To be honest for the money you pay, there was nothing special about it just the fact that it’s in Trotters and your child is having a first haircut.
The whole thing from start to finish took 10 minutes even though we had a 20 minute slot!

The haircut was good, but the hairdresser was a bit rough with my daughter’s hair, even thought I asked her to be gentler, she continued to pull hard with the brush to untangle the hair. Apart from that, she was professional and the result was ok.
